The goal: creating modern, versatile spaces for a variety of uses
The professionals of the CSSC Educational Services, experts in educational adaptation, needed spaces suited to their diverse activities. The project aimed to create welcoming environments, equipped with ergonomic and modular furniture, that support training and teamwork.
Each room was to be designed with flexibility in mind: the kitchen needed to easily transform into a meeting area, the auditorium to accommodate up to 150 people, and the workrooms to suit both large-scale training sessions and smaller group activities.
Additionally, the Centre Saint-Louis, housed in a heritage building, required a renovation not only to better meet current needs but also to modernize its historic facilities and provide optimal conditions for training.
The solution: focusing on flexible furniture designed to adapt to different contexts
The auditorium was furnished with custom-designed pieces to optimize the space and ensure smooth circulation. Able to comfortably accommodate up to 150 people, it combines practicality and comfort while encouraging interaction. This impressive space stands as the centerpiece of the project, thanks to its striking setting and fully customized design.
Among the other redesigned spaces, a spacious and ergonomic conference room allows staff to meet for team discussions and strategic planning sessions. This area is essential to the smooth operation of the school’s activities, as it provides its users an environment well suited for effective and productive meetings.
The Centre Saint-Louis now features two new multimedia rooms, each designed to meet specific needs. The furniture was carefully selected and strategically arranged to accommodate as many participants as possible within limited spaces. Students can work individually or in teams while enjoying a calm, bright environment.
The cafeteria stands out for its high level of versatility, offering a welcoming space for lunch, breaks, informal meetings, or social gatherings. It can also be used as a classroom during scheduled lessons. Spacious, streamlined, and comfortable, this layout provides users with a functional and pleasant environment that easily adapts to their needs throughout the day.

Result: multifunctional spaces that enhance user well-being and the quality of training
The new spaces promote collaboration, creativity, and the well-being of the CSSC Educational Services teams. Functional, bright, and modern, they provide a versatile environment for meetings, training sessions, and collaborative work. Thanks to these improvements, staff are better equipped to support schools and deliver high-quality educational services.
