The Serena residence was designed for an active clientele seeking a stimulating living environment. To achieve this goal, it was essential to centralize a wide range of services and activities within one location.

The facility also aimed to distinguish itself as a space for social interaction and entertainment, fostering enriching human connections. It aimed to provide environments that encourage residents to engage with one another while comfortably welcoming family and friends. The vision was to create an all-inclusive environment to meet residents' expectations, with every aspect of the design focused on delivering an optimal quality of life and enabling retirees to fully enjoy this new chapter.

The solution: Furnishing common areas with high-quality furniture tailored to various activities

Given the extensive range of activities and services offered at Serena, Groupe Santé Arbec required versatile furniture that could adapt to diverse contexts and needs. Logiflex’s varied collections and renowned flexibility made them an essential partner for this ambitious project. Care rooms and all shared spaces were furnished with Logiflex furniture, from areas dedicated to physical, cultural, and recreational activities to gathering and socialization spaces.

The grand dining hall, the residence's centerpiece, provides an exceptional venue for residents to come together. With its carefully planned layout and style inspired by upscale restaurants, it offers seniors a unique and refined daily experience.

The relaxation areas feature a varied selection of armchairs, including the Flint, Taylor, Sit, and Infiniti collections. Renowned for their quality, comfort, and meticulous design, these pieces contribute to the elegance and well-being that define the residence.

Alongside lounges, residents can access family rooms ideal for hosting loved ones. Examples include a play area, an arts and crafts room, a library, and a meeting room with an oversized table. Each of these spaces has been designed to combine functionality and aesthetics. Additionally, a cinema room and a bowling lounge were outfitted with Alpha chairs, offering optimal spectator comfort while maintaining an elegant overall appearance.

Administrative and care staff also benefit from workspaces designed to meet their needs. Offices feature functional storage solutions that align with the residence’s chic aesthetic. A custom-designed mailroom and pharmacy were also created to meet the team’s specific requirements.

Although Serena primarily accommodates autonomous individuals, the vision to centralize all services under one roof was fully realized. A care wing with 14 rooms was furnished to support residents requiring medical attention. These rooms, equipped with warm yet functional furniture, adhere to health and safety standards while ensuring ergonomics, durability, and comfort for both residents and staff.
